Who we are

Tallymeter Labor COGS & Margin is a Shopify app operated by MB Nexus consulting, Vilnius, Lithuania (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

The app stores only what it needs to work: your shop's domain and an API access token; the labor rates, work sessions and product allocations you create in the app; and your store's product titles, prices and cost values read from the Shopify API to build reports. We request the minimal read_products permission and do not request or store any of your customers' personal data.

How we use it

Exclusively to provide the app's functionality: computing labor cost, COGS and margin for your products, and sending you operational email (for example, an alert when a production timer is left running). We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running the app.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (network), Sentry (error monitoring — technical error reports may include your shop domain, never customer data) and Resend (transactional email). Billing is handled entirely by Shopify; we never see payment details.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall, access tokens are invalidated immediately, and all remaining shop data is deleted automatically when Shopify sends the mandated redaction webhook (within 48 hours of uninstall). You can also request deletion at any time via email.
